Tripp Lite Reversible USB 2.0 A to A Extension Cable - Right / Left Angle, 18-inch (UR024-18N-RA) Review

This shortcoming has been talked about many times, I want to address it. Although one end (the 90 degree end) is fragile, you'll be fine if you plan on putting it in place rather than taking it off. If you plan to remove it from your device and often change location, you just need to be careful with it. The other end (where you plug in the device or cable) is like a regular USB port. Just one direction and persevere longer! I recommend this to everyone!

The one-piece plastic connector that caused the cable to orient in one direction has been essentially eliminated. Instead, the pins for the spade lugs are mirrored on either side of a thin plate (I don't know what it's made of) so that the plugs plug into the USB port either "square up" or "square down". can " orientation. I use dash cams in my car and I have a problem with the cable that goes to the rear camera. This was probably due to the stress on the USB hub/cigarette lighter plug. So I googled to see if there is one thing that might fix this. And it definitely does its job. It's a bit too long for my application, but I guess the length doesn't matter (I just wrapped and tied it). I would buy it again if I needed it.

I was skeptical at first but it seems to work well. The middle part is very thin and curved to accommodate every USB direction. I don't plan on turning it off too often, so I'm fine with that, but we'll see how it holds up.

Works great!. I have many Tripp Lite network filters that work great so I decided to give it a try. The length is perfect for my needs. It is durable and well made. I am using this to extend my 1 USB port on the back of my PS4 Slim to connect my Turtle Beach transmitter. I didn't like that the transmitter was sticking out at the front. The right angle connector doesn't protrude beyond the bottom of the PS4, looks brand new! I was able to route the cable down the side of the PS4 without blocking

Who would have thought? Create a USB port that cannot be plugged in upside down. Wonderful! If you need a cable outlet from the left, simply plug in the connector plug. Changed your mind and want him to come out right? Just unplug, flip and plug back in. Thank you TripLite! I will order a few more. Benefits: Unique connector allows you to route the cable left or right in a port at right angles. Cons: Requires additional connector length options other than 18 inches.

Whoever thought this design was one hell of a tech design and thanks to Tripp Lite, take the risk Agree to make this product. I'm short on space and this product can still be plugged in. The cable is long which increases the length of my USB to charge my phone. However, please provide Tripp Lite for USB 3.

My HTPC wasn't leaning back as far as I'd like in the entertainment center just because the cables are pushing the car forward. This thing fits great, I like the double sided design so it can be rotated in any direction needed for a specific application.
