Perfect Disconnect Solution for Plantronics Users

I recently purchased a disconnect connector for my Plantronics headset and it has worked wonders! As a result of using this product, I found that my call quality has improved and my headset is now more comfortable to wear for extended periods. The connector is compatible with various Plantronics models and was easy to install. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey, but the improvement in my call quality makes it worth the investment. Overall, a great addition to my office electronics!

Pros
  • Easily disconnects and connects headset for convenience and efficiency
Cons
  • Could lead to accidental disconnection if not careful

Poor Audio Quality for Telephone Accessory

We have always used Plantronics for our training headsets in our call center and decided to try them instead. We've had so many complaints from customers on the phone that they can't hear us, and many more dropouts due to poor quality beyond what my company accepts as acceptable. Unfortunately, we don't exercise all the time, and by the time we had an opportunity to use it sufficiently to assess the value of these purchases, we were out of our return window.

Pros
  • Telephone Accessory
Cons
  • Problem
