Great solution for sports and fitness

I ordered this to use for a 5km walk I was doing. Worked great. I liked not tangling with the headphone cord. stayed on my arm

Cell bandage in towels

With this bandage I couldn't pull it tighter on my arm. There is no ribbon to pull but bend it and hope it closes. I have never used it. However, I really appreciated the included cooling towel!
