Bought for my granddaughter for Christmas She can't wait to ride But it's still cold outside. I hope she loves him as much in the spring as she does now.

The bike is very cute. The only complaint I have is that the strap on the front of the bag broke so we can't fasten it. Kind of frustrating and wish we could find a replacement for it.

Arrived with a few deep scratches all over the bike. The stickers are very bad. Make sure you have an adjustable wrench, a screwdriver and a set of allen keys as these will all be needed for assembly.

Very disappointed, ordered this bike for my 3 year old daughter and didn't open it until Christmas as I wanted to assemble and deliver it overnight for her. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible for me because the frame was bent so badly that the front wheel didn't engage at all. I love the product but am very frustrated that I can't give my girlfriend the bike she asked for.

The bike itself is in perfect condition. However, our order did not include a pink removable front cover. When I call the number he hangs up. Emails and "cases" through the company's website go unanswered. I don't know how else to contact them but I am disappointed that what we paid for was not delivered. And I'm running out of days to have the right to return it. upset.

Well I have to say my 5 year old loves this bike. It is very durable and she drives it with love as always. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is twofold. First it was delivered without support wheels. However, the carrier credited me to buy another set of wheels, which is amazing. However, without a full "ensemble” it doesn't quite fit. Can't rate 5 until she tests the training wheels. However, if they were as durable as a bike, I'd give it a five.

This bike is very good. My 4 year old daughter is a troll fanatic and loves this bike. She just learned how to ride it without training wheels. The bike comes in a double box with plenty of foam to protect the contents. I took off a few stars because the bike arrives dry with no lube on the parts that need it. You MUST lubricate both the steering wheel and the crank. The chain rubs easily when you ride the bike and I have yet to find a way to fix this, but my daughter doesn't mind. I don't even
