This lotion is comfortable but not stunning. It's thick but not too thick and spreads easily. It seems to moisten. It has absolutely NO fragrance or smell! However, I'm not sure if it helps my sons get rid of dry patches. I've used other lotions that have cleared or soothed them and I'm not sure if this lotion does. It might help a little, but not as much as other brands I've tried, which is why I gave it one star. If you're looking for a 100% fragrance-free moisturizer, this one works great!

I bought this product for my dry skin and also for my mum who has severe eczema on her hands and back. This cream really helps reduce itching and soothes the skin. It moisturizes my skin well and has really helped reduce my mom's breakouts. Both of our skins are smoother and softer, no peeling, peeling.
