These silicone goodies are a total game-changer in the kitchen! I love that they're so flexible and durable, and they can be used in so many different ways. The variety of sizes and shapes in this bundle is perfect for all sorts of baking needs. The only downside is that they can be a bit tricky to clean at times, but it's a small price to pay for such a great product. Although the product looks perfectly normal, silicone lids for bakeware do not work the same or well. The first recipe in the loaf pan and center turned out soggy despite a much longer bake time than the recipe suggested.

I've been looking for a replacement for the traditional non-stick coating, which we hope is healthier (i.e. contains fewer toxic chemicals). I've tried both glass and cake ceramics but they weren't the same. I tried the square pan from this set and it came out perfect! Also, this pan made subsequent slicing that much easier since the pan is actually fully non-stick (although I also used cooking spray) and I could dump the entire pan of brownies onto a cutting board before slicing them.
