It arrived with a small dent! THIS IS VERY UNFAIR

The box was all right but it has a dent in the middle of the container and now it cannot be gifted for the new year. I am really disappointed. I know it can be returned, but I'm from Canada and I DO NOT mail to the US.

great for props but arrived damaged

It's really cute and fits perfectly for what I needed it for (as a photo prop) but it arrived warped and dented. :( I was upset, but luckily you can't tell from the pictures. Other than that, I don't think I'll ever use it for anything else, like holding real drinks the way it's made, because - for Flaws, but it wasn't.It's incredibly expensive so I don't mind keeping it in case it comes in handy in the future.

Terrible. Should have listened to the reviews.

It has been listed as 'used/like new'. It arrived very damaged and completely unusable. You should not be able to sell items that are DAMAGED and list them as "used". Waste of time and money to return it now. Super annoying. I should have listened to the reviews that the quality is not very good.

Arrived damaged - ordered twice and both had dents and chips (cheers option)

I really wanted this to work as it matches the ice bucket I have but both batches arrived and the bucket was damaged. The box looked fine, but as soon as I opened it, there were dents and chips. It happened the first time, I thought. ok i will reorder and then it happened when i asked for a refund for the second time. Now I need to find the time to stop so I can come back. I received the return label immediately. I'm disappointed.
