The customer service is outstanding, they are always quick to respond whether its over email or in person! Its refreshing that their communication style isn't so corporate/cold; it's more personal which I appreciate!! That our office received an upgrade in their system was amazing, there were no glitches or problems with installation of new program! We are working remotely so this is great for us to be able to have access from home without having issues logging into my work computer as well (which has been happening!). Being that I am not familiar yet with all aspects it's hard but learning day by day - nothing negative thus far just getting used too haha!! Not much dislike however would like more training…

I like that I can use my own logo and branding on all of my marketing materials, and that it's easy to update when needed. The customer service is also excellent! It's not so easy for a new business owner to understand how to make changes in True North. There are also some technical issues that have been difficult to work with the support team on.
