I was surprised how well they fit me. I hitched the trailer behind the truck (myself) and it made the job of aligning the truck with the trailer much easier. I placed one on the hitch ball and the other on the ball seat, then stepped back so the two balls were lined up and touching. It still takes a few round trips to check progress, but overall it's a lot easier. Good value for money!

Works well. I have a hard time getting my single jet ski trailer in the water without skis on it. Put them on the trailer fenders and I can tell where the trailer is. You have to be careful when you pull them out, otherwise you'll pull the ball out. Magnets hold up well. I can't use them to line up the trailer and ball, they don't protrude out of my tailgate enough to be visible. For my purpose they work perfectly. Just made cheap.

The product worked for me straight away. The strut is not long enough to protrude over the back door of my truck. I could see the bar that attached to the trailer, but I couldn't see the bar that attached to the truck's hitch. In the original configuration is completely unusable. I modified it to raise the hitch side post so I can now see both balls and works great in this configuration. I would recommend the manufacturer to make the racks about 6-8 inches higher and the problem will be solved.

I've never owned a trailer so thought these balls would be cool. They are VERY helpful. But be careful not to bend them. And I didn't know there would be space between them if the truck was in the perfect position. They don't "kiss" each other. The ball and clutch stick out on the truck. And it's difficult to get it to stick to someone else's socket because of the dimples and curvature. to adjust the height of the balls for it. WOW these things saved my marriage! Motorhome driver for 40 years. They had everything. Boar Trailer / Caravan / Camper / Fifth Wheels. and one on the hitch ball of my van. Step back slowly, watch the two balls through the rear view mirror and align the balls. one behind the other as I was slowly reversing when a ball fell off my van. look what happened.
