wanted to love her! Unfortunately the only pair that fit my foot well.

The open toe option rendered them useless as they would not fit in any of my shoes without folding around the midfoot. I have open toe ankle compression stockings and they didn't fold over the instep so I assumed they would work the same way. Spring.

Comfortable to wear all day

These 15-20 gauge knee length compression stockings are designed to help support varicose veins in the legs but are not so tight that they cut off circulation. The downside (which is not a manufacturer fault) is that spandex loses its elasticity fairly quickly with daily use. They typically only last 3-6 months before support wears off.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers

You can't wear these compression stockings.

Well these stockings appear to be of good quality, they are impossible to wear. I first ordered the size recommended for his shoe size (large) but he or I couldn't put the stockings on. Then I ordered the former large size and still none of us can put these stockings on our legs and feet. He's not overweight and any ex-large should fit him.

Pros
  • Excellent general characteristics
Cons
  • Expensive

Much smaller than what the size chart says

They seem to be light weight. My husband was supposed to wear a large in it, but I ordered an XL just in case. We are very familiar with compression stockings as he has been wearing them for many years. We couldn't get them on his foot even after trying to use this with his sock helper, which he can use with his more closed-loop compression stockings. Very disappointing. We wanted them to prevent his feet from slipping in sandals.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons

The top band is TOO tight on the toes

Very pleased we received it so quickly; opened the packaging and was also pleased with the initial feel and look of the hose. When putting it on I noticed the thickness, softness and quality of the product. The hose was quite narrow and ended below my knee (only used on left leg, not needed on right leg). After a few hours, however, it became clear that there was no upper "comfort" band. I started itching and was uncomfortable enough that I was forced to remove it. The bandage left a narrow…

  • It's ok!
