This faucet worked wonderfully for a little over a month. Now, it constantly plagues me by turning itself off and not turning back on. Other times, it randomly comes on when there's no one even in the same room. I have to turn the handle off at night for fear that it will run most of the night and increase my water and gas bills. I loved this when it worked. But the sensor was very temperamental. I had to keep jiggling the red line under the sink. I was the only one in my household able to use it because it was too sensitive. Then, when we would go to just use the faucet normally, it would frequently not work. We'd have to give up & come back later. Finally, after just a little over a year of use, it completely broke.

There was a leak from the beginning we uninstalled and reinstalled two and three times. Followed the directions. Went into the Help/support section followed All instructions still did not work. I had to go out and buy another faucet. Now having trouble getting a refund because the time passed.

Love this faucet! I was a bit skeptical because of how much cheaper it was compared to delta and Moen but it doesn't look or act cheap!

I looked at Fergusons, found something similar for 750. I figured I'd give this a try. Plumber thinks it's great, I love it, picky husband loves it. It's a winner. I bought two, we have two sinks, and saved 1200 bucks. BAM!

I love how it looks overall but i don’t know if something is wrong with mine but the touch does not work correctly. It sometimes would turn on then off and then i had to keep tapping it to turn it back on because i had no water all of a sudden.

I have only good things to say about this faucet! It’s modern, sleek, has a great gold tone. It was easy to install and works perfectly. It has great stretch to the hose, retracts easily, and even shows hot to cold. It’s a statement piece for sure and everyone compliments It! Get It!

Visually very nice, but the touch sensor is not very practical. It’s way too sensitive and I’m constantly having to touch the faucet to turn it back on after it turns itself off.

I was a little worried when I saw all the parts to this, but it was simple to install. I haven’t put in the batteries yet for the "touch less” part, but so far I love the look, (still working on Kitchen Reno) love everything about this faucet. It is also cost effective as well.

It’s a beautiful piece and it matches our kitchen wonderfully. However, the touch feature doesn’t work. The contractor said he replaced the batteries and still couldn’t get it to work. Disappointed 💔

Item was delivered quickly. Installed without issue and the faucet works perfectly. Turns on and off as expected. Used Teflon tape where necessary and absolutely no leaks anywhere. We have had no dead spots turning the faucet on or off and the price point is fantastic

came broken. seller was rude didnt fix the issue, i reported and sent item back. the item was poorly made. im very unpleased. was dripping under my sink caused water damage

I'm hoping the seller will reach out to me and offer to replace the control box. When it worked, it worked great. Sadly, the touch activation stopped working just after the return window. Could have saved some time, money, and effort by avoiding the touch system had we known it would give up in less than a month.

It’s very pretty. It wasn’t as shiny as pictured but it worked out for since the pot filler I got to match it also wasn’t shiny like it was pictured. It’s sturdy as well.

I had the faucet installed end of Sept 2020 and it looks amazing, however the tip where you pull the hose down is discolored. I now see a touchless option and would highly recommend touchless as the discoloring is not a good look.
