TS525TU Chief Thinstall Wall Mount: Premium Solution for 37-58 inch Flat Panel Displays Review

Finally got the TV off the table. Good freedom of movement and pushes the TV away from the wall when we want it. Installation is neither easy nor intuitive - luckily I had a handyman to help me with the installation.

We wanted to mount the TV in a corner and chose this wall mount. We really liked it, it didn't take much time to install. After reading the previous reviews, my husband bought some larger mounting screws as the ones that came with them didn't get good reviews. We've had the TV for a few months now and have never had any problems with the unit.

This is an excellent wall mount. I was a little confused by the price on the sticker but after speaking to a professional I decided it was worth it. The mount is very sturdy and durable. I installed a 50 inch plasma that almost completely protrudes from the wall so we can watch from anywhere in the room or the adjacent kitchen. I've seen some other swivel mounts that sag or feel flimsy but are rock solid.

I've been using it for about a year and I still love it. The item is solid and moves well. It doesn't slide like ball bearings or anything like that, so it takes some force to move it, but it moves smoothly. My only concern is the small plastic cable covers; they are very cheap and break easily. You guys have a great product. Why downgrade it to save 12 cents on cheap plastic. Now that CRT TVs are gone, the opening above the fireplace has become a decorating issue. This mount worked great. I made a hole set back about an inch to give the wall mount a little room to pull in. Instead of 2X4 on the binding points, I used 4X4 for better support. We needed a slim, strong and flexible mount for our 55 inch TV. The TS525U ticked all the right boxes, and on top of that it was easy to install. Everything needed (except tools) was in the box.
