I love this shampoo and conditioner. When I lived in California I went to Japantown in San Francisco to get it religious. I bought this set and it arrived ALREADY OPEN. The security seal broke and the box opened. The product is also missing a lot, but nothing leaked in the packaging. Seems to have been a return. I do not believe this item is original. I lived in Japan and Shiseido Tsubaki has been one of my favorite shampoos and conditioners for the past 5 years. It made my hair smooth and shiny. And the smell was different too. On the other hand, the one I got from Revain isn't on my favorites list. My hair is dry at the ends and very matted. The original product must state that it is a Shiseido product. I did not find it.

This is by no means a safe purchase. I have never tried this product but other reviewers with similar experiences say it doesn't smell right and doesn't work properly.
