Great product on ink

I like it! I make paper flowers and wanted to add some shimmer to them, this article did exactly what I wanted. My flowers look great!

Pros
  • Universal ink needs to be heat set onto fabric for durability. Heat set between colors to prevent smearing.
Cons
  • Not fashionable

I love this stuff! - Art Supplies

A great way to add sparkle to your projects! I use it on maps I make myself - it's very subtle but adds something different.

Pros
  • Water based, easy to blend (lighten or darken)
Cons
  • alt

not very greasy on fabric

Bought this because reviews said it was highly pigmented and white - it's pearlescent and doesn't show good on fabric. I used a rubber stamp and applied this ink to a clean ink pad. I'm not impressed.

Pros
  • Heat with iron (to fabric recommended temperature to make permanent)
Cons
  • Only available in black

Easy to use for ink

Used to make a sheet of pearlescent card which I then put through an embossing machine. Used a crafting inking brush to apply to the map (requires a coin-sized amount only). I like the effect and don't have to buy expensive pearlescent paper. To create the effect, you can use any colored cardboard. I will buy again.

Pros
  • Paint, airbrush, stencil or fabric paint to highlight your designs
Cons
  • Not as thick as other mediums
