Good value for money. The cuts are flush and the pads consistently catch the removed portion of the screed. The extra pads are under the tool in the box and are a bit hidden, so don't forget to look for them. They are made in Southeast Asia, not Japan.

I originally bought this product to cut wire, but it is most commonly used to cut plastic cable jackets. The fact that it can cut plastic film without scratching the object holding the film is a great feature. It also keeps the cut zip tie from flying away, although sometimes it doesn't compress the zip tie enough to prevent it from flying away.

These are the best. I showed it to all my colleagues (I work as a component and vehicle engineer for a start-up company. We make wire harnesses for research and development of autonomous vehicles), everyone loved it. Not only do they help keep our work areas clean, but they also prevent the loss of pieces of cable in our expensive component housings.

This is the "little one" that will change the world. Very sharp and cuts great. Bought for my 3D printer. Usually when I cut a thread it flies or falls. Now the cutter grabs the line and there is no mess. It's something small, but only brightens the experience. I will be buying more Tsunoda products in the future. They are very accurate and clean. It is worth buying it for someone as a gift.
