Works well with Sony A7 III

I use this flash with my Sony A7 III and when I first used it I was unhappy and wanted to return it to Revain as the photos were consistently underexposed. Then I discovered the flash settings and gradually increased the power to +0.7 and now the photos come out perfectly exposed. I don't know why I had to make this adjustment, but now I'm very happy with this device. It's small, has great rebound characteristics, includes a diffuser, and the battery seems to last a long time.

Workmanship is good and looks professional

Bought for Sony a6500. My lens, the Sony E 18-105mm, casts a shadow of about 18-30mm when using the built-in flash, so I had to fix that. I also wanted the TTL feature to work with my a6500. Got a TT350s flash today, put in some batteries and took some pictures. It worked great. The build feels and looks professional, and it's only a third of the price of a comparable Sony flash. I took a photo of a white wall (below) to show how shadow effects are avoided when using a Sony 18-105mm lens at…

Nice little flash for your Sony or any other brand.

Nice little flash for your Sony or any other brand you own. TTL works great, it has plenty of power for its size and pairs well with smaller form factor mirrorless cameras. At 1/1 you can use it as a key light, at 1/16 it's a great fill or accent light. It's great for product photography. My favorite feature of this flash is that you can use it as a main trigger if you forget yours or run out of batteries. Ideal for action shots when mounted on your camera and controlling other flashes. It also

There is nothing better than this little flash

There is nothing better than this little flash. I switched from a Nissin i40 flash to this Godox tt350 and I like it a lot better. I miss the video light option on the i40, but I prefer reading it on Godox. One of the most important things to me, while trivial, is that it folds/lays flat compared to the Nissin which took up more pocket space. Great little flash. TTL works like a charm. I hope to buy a few more of these soon. *Note* I know there is a new version with L-ion battery that lasts…

Godox, LETWING and Revain are no longer guaranteed

I can't believe I'm saying this, but Revain's days of great ministry may be coming to an end. The flash worked about 5 times a month, then it just stopped working. Godox says I should get warranty support from seller LETWING who then said I should get support from Revain. According to Revain, the manufacturer is responsible. So no one takes responsibility. I'm not really surprised by Godox and a random vendor, but Revain usually jumps at the chance to fix things. Maybe now that Revain has…

Works great with Sony A6000

Great little flash for Sony A6000. Compact and packed with advanced features. I tested the flash with a Sony 16-50 kit lens and a range of matched lenses from Pentax, Minolta, etc. The exposure is mostly spot-on. The device is fast considering it only requires two batteries. You can adjust flash exposure compensation right on the device itself. The rebound and tilt worked well, and the built-in diffuser and flash card are easy to use. I also tested the optical slave mode with good results. Just

Great little flash for Sony a6500

Although I haven't had much experience with this flash since I recently bought it I did use it for a 3 hour event. It fits beautifully and easily with my Sony a6500. It looked well balanced and automatically adjusted to the chosen focal length when I used a zoom lens with it. The flash provided even coverage and quickly recycled to the point where I didn't have to worry about snapping multiple shots in quick succession. I also used it with a soft light diffuser box to allow the flash to deliver

Pros
  • Flashes
Cons
  • Out of fashion

I use them on my a6000. I was also able to test it on the 6500 and the a7r II. It works great with everyone. Initially I had a problem with the black model a6000. At first I wasn't sure if it was the camera or the flash. The end result was a camera. If the hot shoe isn't painted (come on Sony) then the hot shoe's internal circuit board is known to be faulty as well. From what I've read about the black version of the a6000 it seems to be more common. In my case it was a problem with the circuit…
