Nice color. They are true to size. I bought this for my daughter who wears a women's size 8, 8.5 (85) for the grow room as she is a teenager. We like the stretchy venting material on the sides because it helps with the fit. Also, the leather is softer than their previous paddock boots, so they take less time to break in.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Can hurt

Good boots for beginners but you get what you pay for.

You can't beat the price, but the quality of the shoe leaves a lot to be desired compared to more expensive brands. The TuffRider are good boots for beginners, but the materials feel cheap/synthetic and stiff. If you have the opportunity to buy better boots (Ariat) on sale, you will get a lot more bang for your buck. However, they're great for beginners or those who need riding boots but aren't willing to invest in $$$ gear.

Pros
  • Ease of use
Cons
  • Minor flaws

High quality zipper

I can't believe it but I just gave five stars to a shoe that isn't real leather. This shoe far exceeds my expectations. 1. The stitching is very strong. 2. Good quality zipper. No problem with that. 3. The look is beautiful - no one suspects that the paddock boots are for 35.00! 4. They are made for human feet! So many riding boots are EXTREMELY narrow. I don't know who puts their feet in them. All in all, these are amazing quality boots. I gave TuffRider a bad review for their terrible jersey…

Pros

For the price they can't be beat!

I've had these for just over a year and they are my favorite riding boots. I still have a few pairs of better quality branded boots and keep coming back to ride them. The soles aren't very thick, which I like because you really feel where the stirrups are. They do not require a break-in period and are immediately ready for use. I didn't give them 5 stars because they aren't the highest quality but for the price you can't beat them. I usually ride 5-6 days a week so they are used frequently and…
