I have ordered these lights before and I am very happy with the quality and look. I placed a second order to add more rope lighting and while the exterior box label said the color was warm white lighting the rope inside was actually colored lights. I read about some people saying these rope lights didn't last long, but we used them for about 100 hours on an automatic timer and they worked fine. We used them outdoors. I lined my driveway and planting beds with them for the holidays. We stepped on them, shoveled snow over them, maybe even ran over them with a tire or two and they just kept working. Nice bright colored lights. They look great outdoors.

Lights are nice and bright! We use them at our seasonal campsite and have them wrapped around a tree. Several people have commented on them and how nice they look! Very bright! My only complaint is that they come with NO instructions. Supposedly they can be set to flicker or chase, but we can't figure out how to change it because there's no instructions.As long as you want to just plug them in and have sold blue lights, you'll love these.

I purchased a dozen of the 20 foot rope lights for 9 boxes in our coffered ceiling. They turned out perfectly both in color and brightness. I will say that the ninth light failed during the first hour in a two foot section. I attribute it to a line surge from a power tool we were using on the same circuit, no complaints. I liked the the beautiful bright color of these lights. I had bought two strings one red and one green. I did notice a a strong rubber or plastic smell when I opened them but thought it would soon go away after the plastic wrap was off them. I should of laid them outside for a few days but didn’t. No fault of the manufacturer that I had thrown the boxes they came in as I am sure I could of had my money refunded. We purchased this in March 2018. Last week it sparked and caught on FIRE! If we hadn't been outside, it would have burnt our fence down. Very dangerous situation!UPDATE: 10/12/18 - I contacted the seller regarding the situation and sent pictures. They IMMEDIATELY refunded my money which is pretty awesome. I still would not buy them because of the defects but at least they stood by their product and for that I went from 1 star to 3 stars.

Used these in my pantry to replace an old incandescent rope lite. This new one is much better. Really lights up the Pantry. On small drawback is the 60hz flicker. My eyes are sensitive to the flicker of cheap LED lights. These lights to flicker, but very slightly. Not bad like cheap LED lights, but not flicker free like the best fully rectified light. Since in the pantry, no big deal for me. Good enough for the price.

Ordered these to provide some mood and safety lighting at our camper this summer. Despite any of the negative reviews, these are great. Any one whom couldn't get these to work, probably doesn't understand electricity or how these work. They are certainly not rocket science. When cutting, cut at marked locations. Each connector has two prongs and the rope has two wires running down the side. Push the connector contacts onto/into the wires and tighten up the connector. Plug them in, IF they don't

I used one outside on my fence and another in a room I am setting up. They're great! The color is sometimes a bit more violet blue with an almost ultra violet look to it though. The unique look helps me find my house on this pitch-black highway and casts enough light that I can even see part of the yard. The instructions on how to connect them were not entirely clear, but an online video cleared it up in case I end up getting more for the fence.

This worked for what we needed it for! Very bright and a nice blue. Not a super long strand but does the trick. Rope Lights.

The only problem with this was I didn’t pay attention to the connectors. I bought two other rope light sets and they wouldn’t all connect because the connectors are different.

The rope light looks great and nice and bright. However, part of the lights went out as I was installing them. The light comes back on and then off again as you move the rope. Unfortunately, I will be returning them.

Husband love to decorate for Christmas. These rope lights are easier and better than bulb lights. 35’ foot high. Used 600’ of rope lights. As you can see , it is beautiful.

This rope lighting is soft and warm. Perfect for my kitchen. I set it on a timer dusk to dawn. I’m old. I get up a lot in the night. You know… old guy stuff.It’s pleasant. Even soothing.

This Is going to make a really cool fish tank decoration for work that will really spice up the room. they are a little thick but that is ok because they are waterproof to a certan extent. the fish dont seem to ind it either. this will also make a great Christmas decoration for my yard

I had to replace a strand, of the same lights, I purchased last year. Lights in the middle of the strand burned out causing a gap in the lighting. The lights are beautiful and easy to install. I’m just disappointed I had to replace them so soon.

Purchased a 100' and a 25' of the orange rope. I wasn't that concerned with the exact color but I expected it to be the same. My picture shows where I spliced the ropes together and you can see the difference in color.The splicer parts were also a little different between the two sets. The one from the 100' set fit perfectly with both sets while the ones from the 25' didn't line up as well with either.With both sets the cut marks were mostly on point but in a few places it was off enough where…

Bought these as illumination above my bed, they work great. The light is soothing when I'm lying in bed doing things on my phone. Love that they came with a corded plug so that you don't have to buy one separately.

IF you have a long span you want some colorful lighting for these do the job. Instead of trying to plug several strands into each other you have one long strand. I won't know on how long they last until I've used them for awhile. The lights are a lovely bright blue.

Lights were easy to install and the only thing I wish is you could order an additional set of brackets for mounting, and also have as an accessory or add on, additional power cords, to cut different lengths from a long piece.
