TULA Balancing Purifying Refreshing Impurities Review

TULA Skin Care Balancing Act TULA Cleansing and Balancing Toner Pads I use these pads in the evening after cleansing my face. These are not the embossed pads I have used in the past, they are thin, finely textured and made from bamboo. I love using a toner right before my serum and moisturizer as I really think it helps them absorb better. This is a very mild toner and only contains two questionable ingredients like lime oil and peppermint oil, but they're at the bottom of the ingredients list,

I was hoping that this would tighten my skin after cleansing and make it even clearer and drier, but the product does not dry out quickly and if not rinsed off leaves a residue, which led to breakthroughs. I throw things away.

This is my first experience with TULA skin care products. The Balancing Act toner pads are packaged and sealed in a blue plastic flip-top tin. It was difficult to remove the cover to remove the liner. I couldn't easily unscrew it so I had to use brute force to pry off the top. Otherwise I would have had to cut the security seal through the hinged lid. Toners are one of my favorite products. They are unlike any other toner impregnated pads I have ever used. First, the pods themselves are very thin and smooth without the waffle texture I'm used to. Thinness is ok except that it's difficult to get just one pad at a time, I usually take 2 or more. I really liked this product because I love all the other Tula products. It leaves my skin sticky and I don't see any difference in my skin when I use it.
