Terrible quality. The pads didn't hold up over time and came loose in the shirt. It looks like the little hex pads were glued into the shirt and the glue wore off pretty quickly. Now it's just a tangle of padding in a t-shirt that doesn't offer much protection. This is a contact sports shirt - it needs to withstand repeated impact and movement. But this is definitely not the case. I would NOT buy this product again; definitely not worth the money.

It's a bit small, but my biggest issue is that the soft areas are made up of individual little hexagonal pieces of foam next to each other. You can see it in the photos. (Especially in the bib area.) However, when you first touch those soft spots, all of those soft spots will slip out of place, and each of those soft spots will turn into a pocket full of random pieces of foam that pile up in a heap. I am 1.70 m tall and weigh 186 pounds. I ordered the size XLarge. It's a little tight, but feels good. I used it every time I went mountain biking. I fell on June 27th, 2021 and am very glad I put on this soft protection. It saved me from a serious shoulder injury. The padded protection left marks on my shoulder and it would have been VERY VERY WORSE if I hadn't been wearing the padded protection, so I definitely give this product 5 stars. I've bought 2 of these already. I wear them to play hockey and mountain bike. It does what it's supposed to, but doesn't last forever. I had a pretty big puddle on my shoulder this weekend and ended up with a weird hexagonal bruise pattern, but it would have been a lot worse without that padding. Works as advertised but as some reviews say some padding is falling off after a few washes. I will buy again when this set wears out.
