After trying this product I'm in love with the lively hand-painted design! It adds a splash of color to my neutral kitchen.It also feels sturdy AND durable during use. My only con is that it cannot be put in the dishwasher, but it's a small price to pay for such a gorgeous addition to my home and kitchen. ordered this along with the Tuscany Garden fruit bowl that we have. This set included a broken napkin holder and a salt shaker. Looks like the glaze was done poorly and the paint has peeled off. Shame as I like the fruit bowl which was in excellent condition and appears to have a better glaze. I would like to order it again but I'm afraid it might be a repeat of the first set.
