I hate lugging around a bunch of proprietary cables for all my different tech when I travel. This allows me to take a multi cable and use this adapter when I need to charge my watch. To be honest, this is how the charging cable should have come from the factory. I would like to see a USB-C model.

Works great with Fenix 3 (non-HR version). I agree with the previous post that this is better than the version provided by Garmin. The reason is that while it looks a bit cheaper, the micro USB cable can be detached from the adapter. For this reason I'm going second as it will be easy to leave it in a case with other cables. It would be slightly better if it was the newer USB-C, but you can't always have everything.

Works great so far. Charges my Fenix 3 easily and that's all I need. Hope he holds up well. Review Edit: This will be great for charging my watch when I'm not home, so I'm keeping my positive three star rating. However, my home computer does not sync properly with Garmin Connect. The clock is never mounted on my desktop so Connect can't "see" it and can't sync it. I'm pretty disappointed with that.

This is my second Tusita GPS watch charger. First, my wife's TomTom Spark 3 works great, so I went with Tusita when my Garmin Fenix 3 HR Sapphire charger stopped working. This Tusita charger fits my watch perfectly, keeps it secure, syncs data perfectly and charges faster and more reliably than a Garmin original. And the detachable micro-USB cable makes it easier to pack on the go and more durable as I can use it with any of my many cables in case that one becomes unreliable.

I like the design of this charger better than the factory charger as the cable is a regular micro USB connector and is detachable. This makes this charger my portable charger. I carry it in my laptop bag that accompanies me everywhere. It loads just like the original and also connects to my computer and allows me to update and download just like the original. I bought this as an extra charger for Fenix 3 (no HR version). I've used it to charge my watch 2 times and they work perfectly and charge at the same rate as the original charger.
