This is best for SMD components, primitive

The tips move and when you tighten the screw it can break off. Even when repairing smd components, solder joints have different coil temperatures and can overheat smd components if they keep trying

Pros
  • Soldering irons and irons
Cons
  • High price

this works best in Irons

I needed something that would work well for SMD while I was at home. For a home device, this works very well. However, if I had a lot more money, I might consider better tweezers. If these tweezers were sold with different head sizes I think I would find them better. I will say that these tweezers are perfect for a budget setup and work well in this scenario.

Pros
  • Irons
Cons
  • Not sure

Cheap and difficult to use

They don't heat up quickly and aren't easy to set up. They take too long to melt the solder, which can date the components, but they can be used. They also have Chinese clones that can be substituted. Make sure you flood them with solder before removing the components to reduce the lifespan of the components you are removing. If I had to buy them again I wouldn't spend money on them as I could use two soldering irons more efficiently.

Pros
  • Welding and Soldering
