For anyone who buys this and says it doesn't work, you must be using it incorrectly. No printed instructions are provided so I went to their website and tried it as described and my "menopausal mustache" was gone in about 2 minutes. Not entirely painless, but that is the "price of beauty"! Hold it flat on the area to be depilated and rotate the silver parts above the colored pencil in the direction of the arrow. Menopause resulted in some nice patches of chin hair and I was tired of plucking them so I decided to give it a try. First, it hurts. Spirit. It's like tweezers on steroids. It took me a minute to figure out how it works. I got my best results moving it up rather than down as I turned the cranks. But it's not very effective on curves, like around the chin where I need help the most. It's just too difficult to keep it at the right angle, turn the knobs, and move it smoothly.
