For anyone who buys this and says it doesn't work, you must be using it incorrectly. No printed instructions are provided so I went to their website and tried it as described and my "menopausal mustache" was gone in about 2 minutes. Not entirely painless, but that is the "price of beauty"! Hold it flat on the area to be depilated and rotate the silver parts above the colored pencil in the direction of the arrow. It feels like it's walking on your face and mows as you go. Great invention!
