This tank is the absolute definition of garbage. The first and only attempt to remove the cap resulted in the top of the cap coming loose and the bottom half of the cap being lodged so tightly in the tank's filler neck that I was never able to remove it. waste of time and money. Returned the same day and bought the original GM. Perfect shit.

Well I got this tank to replace the coolant tank that came with my new car. My car doesn't have a thermometer on the dashboard so my original tank was probably empty, no idea how long! Anyway, I got these because there was metal in the small temples, which I think is the problem area of this crappy design.
