I like that we can use this free service for our business, it is easy enough even as an individual user! The integration is seamless, it allows us an easy way of managing all clients from one place; also having them access our account via their phone would be great for mobile users! I like that you can set up different groups of people depending on their role in your company. For example, you could have one group for customers, another for employees, etc. You can also create subgroups within each main group. It is easy to use and intuitive. The only thing that I dislike about this program is that it does not allow you to create multiple pages or tabs within the same page. I like everything about twingesociall, from their customer service team who are always willing ans eager for help when you need it or have questions! The fact that they support multiple platforms including Facebook Messenger makes this an easy choice in my opinion as well (you can even use them together!).
