cannot be replaced with low profile pci bracket

I wanted to install this on a server that has a physical gap inside the case (for a full height card) but it only has a low profile pci Profile bracket to fix it. Based on the adapter pictures, I could just unscrew the included full-size bracket and attach the low-profile bracket (there are many network adapters, HCAs, etc.), but you can't. Both the spine spacing and hole spacing differ by 1-2mm - I'm not sure why they used something proprietary when the bracket screw hole layout is part of the

Works as expected, please note compatibility issues.

Connected this to a Micron 9100 SSD It works great with my desktop PC. Just plug in and get started. However, when I tried to install it on my server PC. Dell T420, no luck for me. The PC reported a hardware error. I then tried an alternative solution with a different card that uses a cable to connect to the drive, with the added benefit of a dedicated power supply. However, this approach didn't work either, the server gave the same error. It looks like some computers have a hardwareโ€ฆ

Worked for a few weeks

It worked when I first installed it and then for 2-3 weeks. I then removed the drive it was attached to to reinstall Linux without affecting the SAS drive. It never worked again. I put it in different m.2 slots to be sure and it didn't work. Sometimes the M.2 infill can disable the PCIe slot or vice versa (check your motherboard's manual) so I removed everything but that adapter and drive - no luck. I then plugged the SAS drive into the PCIe card adapter and it works great. So this handy little
