I have the larger version of this straightener and love it but as I've opted for shorter layered hair for the summer this size is perfect!

I would like to provide an overview of the various properties of this product. In terms of straightening it gets 5 stars - it did a great job speeding up the straightening time and making my hair shiny and healthy instead of tousled. In terms of processing, I would like to give 1 star! I received the straightener in April and last week I accidentally dropped the straightener (for the first time) while styling my hair on the bathroom floor. And that thing broke him two! I've always heard amazing things about this flat iron but it didn't work any better than my old flat iron for the price I expected it to I would not fall in love with it.

This flat iron heats up very quickly and does a great job on my daughter's curly hair! The fact that you can control the temperature is very important. This will prevent the hair from being damaged by too much heat.

I love this styling iron! However, when I tried to turn it on the other day, it kept saying Err (a bug, I suspect). Can someone help? How can this be fixed?

I've used this product a few times although I've had it for a few years now because the buttons to turn it on and set the temperature don't work. In fact, they broke off. I paid the price after my stylist recommended this straightener. So now I have to buy a new iron. I can no longer use this one.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this hair straightener as there were no reviews. But I'm so glad I did. I've always been a fashionista, but after another death, I finally started looking for a replacement brand. I will never return! You will be amazed at how smooth, healthy and shiny your hair will be after using this flat iron. My stylist uses this brand and now I understand why! I love it.
