All bundle components covered under warranty for 1 year, directly through Nooelec. Ubertooth One is a configurable 2.4GHz transceiver with great application software and support; and with suitable transmit power and receive sensitivity for 2.4GHz development. Standard Cortex Debug Connector (10-pin 50-mil JTAG) In-System Programming (ISP) Serial Connector. Expansion connector intended for inter-Ubertooth communication or other future uses.

Legal Snoz - but no parrot on nostril, no navigation charts, no GPS

Legal shnoz is here, but don't expect to open the package and see raincoat in shnoz, parrot perched on nostril and waiting for you with wide eyes watch, compass, navigation chart and GPS in hand, ready and with the appropriate reference material to conquer and conquer the high seas on your first solo voyage. Great tool for learning Bluetooth Low Energy communication

I bought this to learn more about BTLE communication and I am pleased with how well it works. Be sure to check the ubertooth.sourceforge.net website for the latest drivers and firmware. The firmware downloaded was quite old and incompatible with the latest drivers. The software includes the latest firmware and a utility to update the device. I've used it with Wireshark, but it can also be used to capture packets for further processing.

The device is genuine

At first I thought this product was illegal but boy is this the real deal. Overtooth One. Legal and assembled in a case for you. Nice case, made to mil. So if you are unfamiliar with this product, I strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with it before purchasing. This is NOT a bluetooth adapter. This is not typical computer hardware. It doesn't come with drivers. You must compile your own drivers. There really isn't much support for this device. You must also create and compileโ€ฆ
