Fantastic replacement!

I have an old Zinsco-like model (no tag, maybe another one from the same era). It worked perfectly and leveled off. Replaced a 30A bipolar switch to power an electric car charger. Two months and everything works great.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

I could easily do it myself. It hurts to pay that much for it.

built-in water heater and used two of them. Not being an electrician, I was able to easily do it myself. It hurt to pay that much for this old stuff, but it was a lot cheaper than replacing the entire switch box, allowing me to buy $10 switches to use in newer places.

worthy replacement.

I would probably give it 5 stars if it wasn't made in China and if it was the exact shape of the original Sylvania GTE switch and if it wasn't so expensive. The rounded corner at the end of the cable seems to have misaligned the cable clamps slightly, causing difficulty in attaching cables that had no more slack, and also the switch is slightly taller, preventing the panel face from being entirely on top of other switches sits. . But this is the only game in town with a new replacement switch…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Packaging is ugly
