I like that it has features to keep track of all my emails, chats, etc when I'm away from my computer. It also allows me to send messages to users that are in groups instead of having to reply individually. The interface could be improved - some things take a while to load, which takes time away from doing other tasks. The best thing about this tool is that it allows you to keep track of all your tasks in one place. It also has many integrations with various apps such as Slack, Asana, GSuite, Trello and Zapier. Easy to use app that integrates seamlessly with most of my other 3rd party apps in addition to its own set up process for customizing notification rules. I wish there was an option to hide certain social media notifications from within this application as well so they don't clutter all those important work emails right at me when i'm trying to concentrate or have some down time. This is one more tool in our arsenal (alongside Slack) but it's not perfect yet though we are working hard at making
