Great portable audio and video player

Originally purchased UE Boom 2 which has great sound but lacks some bass. The Megaboom definitely delivers bass (as far as portable speakers go) and overall sound. Sounds great at low and high volumes. Great battery life. I am impressed.

Excellent sound, the battery does not hold a charge after a dozen uses.

This speaker sounds great and I love the ability to connect multiple speakers and devices but unfortunately we bought it in December and it no longer holds a charge. I'm very disappointed as this is great technology that I've been looking forward to using in many different applications.

Risky business with portable bluetooth speakers

I bought one of these a while ago and it worked wonderfully (still works, I use it almost every day). However, I bought a second one for my dad and after a week it stopped working at all unless plugged into a charger. Refurbished products are a risky business, but if you can get one in good condition, this is the best speaker for the price.

Amazing - double the fun and buy two.

You've seen all the reviews. This is a great speaker with blue teeth, we threw it in the lake, threw it in the pool and filled it with water. Sounds good. We also connected the two via the iPhone app and it was a lot of fun and worked great. Two of these with all your music on your iPhone is all a person needs to have a great little system for the home or outdoors.

WISH I DIDN'T BUY REFURB!

Recently bought a new UE Megaboom. I thought I would save a few bucks on a certified repair and that was a mistake. It sounded great for a while, but now it seems like the speaker is slowly breaking down. I get a lot of scratching from the speaker and it's even worse on songs with a lot of bass. I don't turn the volume up to full volume, but it just seems like the speaker falls apart the more I play it. Unfortunately, my return window closed before I noticed any degradation in audio quality. Skeptical but satisfied

I was a bit skeptical about buying the upgrade after reading other reviews. I decided to try anyway. I looked at the first speaker pretty roughly and knew right away that the speaker had burned out. The sound quality was terrible. I asked for an exchange and the next one came 2 days later. I had low expectations. This one looked brand new, the battery was 100% charged and the sound quality is fantastic, just like our other Booms. We were also able to quickly sync the speakers together. Very…

Loudspeakers Mega Boom just not for me!

Seller was ok - delivered on time and speakers as advertised. I knew it had been renovated. So these are not questions. But I don't like the Mega Boom speakers at all. Faaarrr is overrated and overrated. First, there is little difference in sound quality compared to my Boze Colorlink.
