Excellent software for tracking packages!!

The ease of using this software, It's simple enough that even my husband can use it! I love how detailed you are able to get into what your tracking every step along way!! Sometimes there would have an issue where we couldn't find our shipment or they did not put all items under one number so when i called them about it they said their system was updated but nothing changed. Try having someone who has used other systems before help set everything up if needed because some things take time…

UFOS is an affordable route optimization solution with many features

I like that it allows me to view all of my drivers' routes, which helps when planning out multiple loads. It's not as user friendly or intuitive compared to other programs such as ATS. The software does have some glitches here and there but they are typically fixed within 24-48 hours! If you're looking at this program make sure it meets your business needs before making any decisions regarding price point/features because pricing can vary significantly between companies.
