I like that it allows me to view all of my drivers' routes, which helps when planning out multiple loads. It's not as user friendly or intuitive compared to other programs such as ATS. The software does have some glitches here and there but they are typically fixed within 24-48 hours! If you're looking at this program make sure it meets your business needs before making any decisions regarding price point/features because pricing can vary significantly between companies. We use ufos primarily for our load planners - we utilize their Load Planner feature extensively while also using their Route Optimizer tool (which utilizes GPS data) frequently.
