The ease of using this software, It's simple enough that even my husband can use it! I love how detailed you are able to get into what your tracking every step along way!! Sometimes there would have an issue where we couldn't find our shipment or they did not put all items under one number so when i called them about it they said their system was updated but nothing changed. Try having someone who has used other systems before help set everything up if needed because some things take time getting familiarized wtihit. Tracking packages with out any issues at thier end which makes me feel better after knowing its being tracked correctly throughout the whole process as well as giving us peace mind since im sure no thing will go wrong while waiting around for something else.
