I think the name says it all. I have this one and another from UGREEN with drawstring and it's a bit more expensive. Of course, before I bought it, I knew it didn't have laces. I've used a USB-C connector on both my phone and Windows 10 laptop, and USB A on my laptop. High speeds maximize the speed of my U3 card. The only downside is the caps don't snap so I'm bound to lose the caps at some point. But this is really my backup reader. Good value if you have a few SD cards.

Works, but there's a lot of room for improvement. I don't like its orientation when connected to USB. Like assembled upside down. It also doesn't have room to attach a ring or anything to attach to a key chain or zip, or simply use it as an anti-lost strap. I wouldn't buy this again.

This card reader was a spectacular failure. It refused to read my micro SD cards, 64GB, 128GB or 256GB from mfg AData, SanDisk, Samsung. Asks if I want to format. Put the micro SD card back into the appropriate devices and they will work, read and write normally. Throw that in my trash can. I'll try another brand later.

Constant transfer rate of 42 Mbps when simultaneously copying two 30+ GB video files from two cards (MicroSD and SD, both Class 10 U3 V30) to the desktop. I also tested it on my phone (Samsung S9) and both maps showed without any problems. It's super light. So much so that I was worried at first, thinking it wasn't going to work well. I'm glad I was wrong. The device is a bit chunky compared to other similar products. For my use it doesn't matter. Overall I think this is a great product.

My laptop doesn't have a built-in card reader. I have several card readers but none support card lock setting. Therefore, the computer writes to the card. My CPAP device card requires the card to be locked before data can be received, otherwise it will not recognize the card when it is reinstalled and formatted. I was hoping that this reader would see that the card was write protected and would prevent it. It's not like this. My issue aside, this reader is great. Very easy to use and FAST!

This device was meant to be a pug and a game. Had not. I had to go to Device Manager -> Universal Serial Bus Controller. Then right-click on the device marked with a yellow exclamation mark and select Update driver. The driver could not be installed via Device Manager. That way I was able to determine the name of the correct driver. I then had to manually install the Genesys Logic USB3.0 card reader driver from an online source. Then restart your computer.
