This device was meant to be a pug and a game. Had not. I had to go to Device Manager -> Universal Serial Bus Controller. Then right-click on the device marked with a yellow exclamation mark and select Update driver. The driver could not be installed via Device Manager. That way I was able to determine the name of the correct driver. I then had to manually install the Genesys Logic USB3.0 card reader driver from an online source. Then restart your computer. After restart go back to Device Manager -> Other Devices. Then right-click on the device marked with a blue question mark and select "Update Driver" again. Then it's finally properly installed and updated to detect the device. I program and work on computers and even I find it funny. Most people would have no idea how to do it or would give up. My computer is newer and all three USB ports are USB 3.0.
