Game changer for fast media!

This accessory has been a game changer for transferring large amounts of data from my camera's memory cards to my computer! The UHS II compatibility ensures lightning-fast transfer speeds and the dual slot design allows me to transfer data from two cards at once. However, the compact design can lead to the device being easily misplaced or lost. Overall, a must-have for any computer-based photographer or videographer. Keywords: Computers, memory cards, accessories, peripherals.

Pros
  • Lightning-fast transfer speeds for quickly transferring large files
Cons
  • Requires a computer with a USB-C port, limiting its compatibility with older devices

its performance is not good with UHS-I card

I bought 3 SD card readers. V.TOP reader shows the highest read/write speed among them with UHS-II card. However, the performance with UHS-I card is not very good. It shows a read speed of 47.94 MB/s while other card readers show a read speed of 7580 MB/s. This item is applicable only when using a UHS-II card. I tested with Lexar SD 1000x 32GB (UHS-II), Lexar SD 633x 32GB (UHS-I).

Pros
  • Computer and accessories
Cons
  • Operating speed

This is fine if you only want to use U3 rated files.

This is fine if you only want to use U3 rated cards which are expensive and not needed for many purposes. Works great with my SanDisk Extreme Pro U3 but doesn't even read my Sony HS 1 U1. It reads some other U1 cards, but it's crap shooting.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Not all will fit
