Great program with lots great functionality

I like that it is easy to use and has all of my employees' information in one place.I also love that there is an option for different types of paychecks so that I can send them out easily. It's easy to use and has all of my employees' information in one place. There are some other programs out there that look similar but when I compare them, UKG Pro has more features and options. It does not have as many bells and whistles as some of the other programs out there, but it still does what I need…

Pros
  • This program helps with tracking hours worked by each worker; keeping track if they work overtime or regular shifts/hours etc.It shows you how much taxes were withheld during their check period too! Very helpful tool!!
Cons
  • When we used another system before hand (Quickbooks), sometimes having two systems at once was confusing.
