The product has shown itself perfect. I was able to easily set up my iPad as a teleprompter. However, the weight of the iPad seemed disproportionate to the plastic parts of the holder. In particular, the mechanism that adjusts to clamp the iPad feels cheaper than I would like for an item that holds an expensive and heavy tablet. I would hesitate to use it in a position where the center of gravity isn't over the tripod. But it did the job and was a good choice, especially for the price.

I am using it to mount a 9.7 inch iPad to a MavMount with my DJI Mavic Pro. Mavic controller mounts required. It's very durable and very adjustable.
