Replaced an expensive momentary contact switch on a GE Profile exhaust fan.

When the switch on my GE Profile downflow fan failed after 9 years, I replaced it with a genuine GE part ($45). The new one worked for 3 months. It's bullshit! I thought so I bought this one. (It didn't fit exactly, I had to drill a hole in the GE mounting plate to get it through). But I kept the pigtail with the connector from the original GE part, so it was ready after installation. play! It's been around 6 months and it feels solid and works flawlessly. highlighted.

Good looks and functionality

My Cuisinart grinder has stopped working. Inspection showed power going to the board but not coming out; but the engine was still running. I installed one of these where the old start switch was, routed power through two safety switches, the motor and that switch, threw away the circuit boards and now it grinds coffee just as well as it did before. You just have to hold down the button to keep grinding. Otherwise the optics are ok, looks like it could have been done that way. Durability has yet

Better than OEM for Industrial Electrical

Update 2: 3 years later the button works and looks the same as when installed. Pressed at least twice a day. Update 1: 2 years later the button works and looks the same as it did after installation. Very happy with the purchase/installation. Looks great, works great, very easy to assemble. The button is smaller than it looks in the Amazon picture.
