I love these pants! They are lightweight and fit well under clothing. This is for weather that is around the low 40s or 30s under pants or a long skirt. I loved these when I was in NYC. I walked around in 15 degrees (or colder) and they really helped. They helped cut the wind but when I was inside I did not feel overly hot.
