After putting the case together following the instructions all was fine however after about a week or so of usage the fingerprint area starts to bubble up and at this point basically does not stick down and just has become a bubble area unless you press down in the finger print area. Impressive product. The manafucturing excellence is patent. And it works as a real protection, where many other products fail. It has a corner bumper where occurs most of impacts. I had one for Moto G Power and decided to buy other for my wife's Pixel 6 Pro. I recommend.

This case does not fit perfectly for the Google pixel 6. There is a gap at the top and I feel like my phone could slip out at anytime. The screen protector is cheap and flimsy. I'll send it back and buy something more durable and reliable.

I got this case prior to getting my phone to ensure protection on day one. The fingerprint sensor installation process seemed a bit weird with the adhesive dot right over it. I didn't understand the utility of doing it this way at first. With the adhesive on, I had about 50% success with the sensor. Cleaning it off, it is not too much different but maybe better (60-70%). I was disappointed paying $25 receiving my phone case when I first got it they give you two options to use the screen protector or without one. But if you use the screen protector, it's very noticeable the big circle for the fingerprints also, there's a sticky surface that sticks to your screen but it didn't stick well and was lots of residue. Also, my phone kind of shakes around in the case and isn't fully secure.

Wow what a waste of money. The front plastic surround cracked during a simple drop. This left the screen exposed resulting in near total destruction. I am upset beyond words. I cannot transfer my data to a new phone with the screen in this state. I have to replace the screen for $300. This is the second Poetic case I've had for two different phones. I haven't been able to use the on-screen fingerprint reader with either of them. The case is plenty protective and a good shock absorber, but this time around I'm not going to keep it without being able to use the fingerprint reader. Too bad, because I like it otherwise.

I love that this case is clear on the back but yet is very protective, and the fingerprint reader works just as good as without a case, no issues. Good Job Poetic!

I have never been a dusty case person. But because of the design of this case it lets dust get in and the backing unfortunately is clear. It's pretty gross and now I have to work in cleaning the back of my phone into my routine.

Totally love the level of protection this case brings to the phone. However, the fingerprint scanner doesn't work at all. It's a bummer because the description says it does but that's not true at all, so please reconsider before buying.

This case! Let me tell you I will forever buy these people case's! I'm a diesel mechanic so I work on some tall and strenuous things. Today as I was patching a roof on a 13 ft 6 in tall enclosed trailer My phone decided it wanted to learn to fly. I accidentally knocked it out of my pocket and it went flying, and hit the ground and the only damage is to the case which it cracked and several places. It took a whole 2 hrs to end up with dust AND whole grass clippings inside the case that I could see clearly.
