People can’t hear me and screen cover cracked

People have a hard time hearing me unless I hold the really close to my mouth. Also the screen cover cracked after just 3 weeks of use.

The screen is not tempered glass, it’s plastic. It also did not seal well, was really hard to snap, and water still got inside. Will be returning.

Not Military Grade best in my review

One of the covers over the camera is missing and first time it fell off the couch the screen protector cracked. May obstruct the camera lens and affect photo quality.

YOU CANNOT USE FACE ID DUE TO BLUE SCREEN

We have an IPHONEWe ALWAYS USE FACE IDYou cannot use FACE ID with the blue colored screen.You need to have a clear screen. We double checked it to make sure it was not another issue and it was strictly related to the blue screen cover.

Buyer Beware good for me

Beware of the 30 day return policy and no warranty, there is a reason. My first one leaked so they were quick to provide a new one, I returning the original. The second case was indeed water proof which I was very happy about. My gripe is about 20 days beyond end of the return period I dropped my phone and the tempered glass screen protector cracked from top to bottom. Now what do I do with this. They will not take it back, it’s no longer water proof and every time I use my phone I get to see…

Dissatisfied on my review.

tempered glass front cracked within 1st 2 months use, tempered glass on back of 3 camera eyes one is 3/4 shattered. By 4 months the wrist lanyard with thin wires tore in 1/2. I’m a 61 year old lady no major impacts. Yes it’s fallen from my pocket or knocked off a table few times, less than 3 ft gals. Bblight bangs I consider normal light use. The plastic case is still in great shape. Hearing complaints of muffled & can’t hear you.Purchased August 2022 I’m hoping for a refund. & would not…

Had for a few months,it took a beating forsure,I drop it everyday and I tested underwater several times,it’s a good case,it’s time for another cause the glass cracked on the case
