The cover is nice quality. I am concerned for 2 reasons

I just received this comforter. The cover is nice quality. I am concerned for 2 reasons: the packaging says 100% down, but the tag on the actual comforter says minimum 75% down. Also, there is nowhere on either the packaging or the comforter itself that it says 600 fill power. It is pretty thin right out of the package, and without any markings indicating the fill power, I have my doubts that it is truly 600. I am considering returning it.

Pros
  • Soft and gentle on skin for maximum comfort
Cons
  • The comforter may not have consistent insulation throughout

Quite warm good for me

We have a summer weight comforter that was inadequate for warmth on 30 degree nights (wife does not like to run the heater overnight, so the bedroom can get cooler than probably some northern climate people would ever tolerate). While some reviews suggest this is a good all year comforter, on warm winter Texas nights we swap this out for the lightweight one so we don't overheat underneath this, even though it is not heavy and oppressive like a heavy blanket. This will go into seasonal storage…

Pros
  • The perfect addition to your bedroom decor
Cons
  • The comforter may not be durable enough to withstand children or pets jumping on it

this is the warmest blanket I've ever owned! It's incredibly soft, thick, and comfortable. I only have one complaint! I noticed right away that the blanket's material is a little bit sheer, which means you can see the feathers through the blanket. Given that some of the down inside the blanket is a dark color, I mistakenly thought that there were black blotches on the blanket when I first opened it. After looking a little closer, I realized I could see the darker feathers through the white…

Pros
  • Adds a touch of luxury to your bedroom decor
Cons
  • The comforter may not be suitable for those with mobility issues

After reading many reviews of down comforters, we chose this for our new King bed. It arrived very thin, however I knew from reading reviews that it puffed up over two weeks and those reviews did not lie! I came back to post this review so others can wait and keep this product in case they are questioning like me. Keep it! Definitely not super puffy and heavyweight but it’s warm and perfect for Buffalo winters!

Pros
  • Hypoallergenic materials for individuals with allergies or sensitive skin
Cons
  • The comforter may cause skin irritation due to the feathers

Maybe 10% down, tops! Trace down, mostly filler!

One star earned because the stripes are nice as is the silky gold piping along the perimeter. However, this China manufactured comforter reminds me of their cardboard filled "meatballs" that were on the news awhile ago. This product ought NOT be called "Puredown." Instead it ought to be called "Tracedown." There is only a minuscule amount in the product. It is at LEAST 90% alternative (filler). Another reviewer noted that the tag on the actual product lists a smaller…

Pros
  • Feather down filling provides excellent insulation to keep you warm at night
Cons
  • The comforter may not fit in standard washing machines

When I took it out of the package it had a funny smell to it. It wasn't the plastic package smell either. I tried airing it outside on the line for 6 hours in the sun but it didn't help at all. So I stuffed it into my top load washing machine, put on oversize water level, covered with warm water & little bit of soap and extra rinse cycle. I had to do this 3 times! I used gentle cycle for delicates. And worried the whole time that I would ruin it (because it said dry clean only) - I didn't want…

Pros
  • Ideal bedding for a full/queen size bed for couples or singles
Cons
  • The comforter may have color transfer when washed with other fabrics

It's comfortable as all heck, but it does leak. If people say it doesn't, it's more likely that they're just not seeing it. I'm regularly pulling feathers out of my sheets. Granted, I've had MUCH worse. Also, I have a regular king-sized bed, and the king-sized comforter doesn't quite fit it. It still overlaps the edges, but the photos provided by ebay are a GROSS exaggeration of how this will fit your bed unless you buy one size up. probably two. That being said, the thing is comfortable! I've…

Pros
  • The perfect solution for those who struggle with sleep-related issues
Cons
  • The comforter may require dry cleaning, causing extra expenses

Seriously the best down comforter ever.

I was expecting this to be like the last "goose down comforter" I ordered! It has surpassed all of my expectations. This is ALL down, doesn't shed, and is big enough to be comfortable for my husband and I on our California King bed.I was looking for the comforter my mom bought for me when I was 8 years old. It was the most comfortable blanket is ever had. It was 100% down and queen sized. It was 18 years old and my husband and I huddled under it every night. My husband is a blanket hog,

Pros
  • Breathable materials promote airflow for better sleep
Cons
  • The comforter may shed feathers, creating a mess

If you want warmth and comfort.

This is the comforter for you. It's SUPER warm - almost too warm for me and I live in a very cold place. It's plush and everything I was hoping for. I am super happy.

Pros
  • Can be used as a standalone comforter or as an insert for your existing duvet cover
Cons
  • The comforter may not be good for those who sleep on their stomachs

Almost too fluffy with the duvet on if that makes any sense.

I bought this for my husband to replace his old one that had lost most of its feathers. It's really nice but it's almost too poufy and heavy with the cotton duvet. He likes it but I think it will be better for winter.

Pros
  • Adds a touch of elegance and style to your bedroom
Cons
  • The comforter may not be suitable for those who prefer down alternatives

Finally what I was looking for!

After a long research I found it! It's been few days since I received it and I feel like in heaven. I live in Florida and it's perfect for this time of the year but with A/C I see myself using it even during the hot summer nights. It's warm but still not heavy, fluffy and fits my queen duvet cover perfectly. I'm in love with it and highly recommend to everyone that want real goose down product.

Pros
  • Provides a luxurious sleep experience without breaking the bank
Cons
  • The comforter may be too expensive for some budgets
