I used this pad at my 2008 concours, setting the back of the pad flush with the factory foam and narrowing the front of the foam so the seating surface is flatter and helps me not to lean forward into the tank to slide. It's also more comfortable on my butt!

I'm by no means an upholsterer and was suspicious of removing the cover and trimming the foam cushion on my V-Stars seat, but after watching a few videos I figured I would could do it. like anything else it just takes TIME, some proper TOOLS and PATIENCE. I bought a $15 electric stapler from Harbor Freight and a $10 black 9-inch electric knife from Walmart. Then I marked a line 1/2 inch above the seam and trimmed the front corners of the gel to fit. Looks good feels good I was concerned it might not be thick enough to fit my motorcycle seat but actually it's perfect. Also cuts easily.

Turned my motorcycle seat cinder block into a lazy boy. Easy to apply, the gel cuts very cleanly and sticks where it's supposed to.

Works great! I use it for my car's center armrest. It is very easy to cut and shape without affecting its gel action. I will probably buy more to use over my office chair armrests.

Great product! Costs money. I could barely walk after 5 hours on the trail. The old man's ass! I installed this pad in my seat and rode for 7 hours with no pain! Stiffness yes because I'm old but what a great product! Works so well! Thank you thank you!

I installed this in my current motorcycle seat and it made a huge difference in how long I could ride before my seat started to hurt. I drove about three hours and it wasn't enough to make me stop to rest. I hope to go on a longer trip soon to test it even better.

I don't have a motorcycle but it was the perfect size for my knee scooter that I need to use for my broken ankle. I used a plush knee scooter cover which I also bought from Amazon to keep it in place but it made a huge difference compared to the standard pads.
