This item was sent damaged and was definitely used, this was returned damaged and trying to resell. If you look closely you can see where the filament in the bulb made contact with the glass from the factory as it is mostly junk from China. Also note that it has dents and scratches which they tried to fix with a marker. Even though it hasn't been used I can tell you the quality isn't great and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
