Umbra Holster Sure Lock Utensil Charcoal Review

Has a lot of potential when stuck to the wall of a stainless steel sink. We have other suction cup devices that stick with no problem, the tension suction cup just doesn't work.

I received the sink trolley and it was without suction part - I called the umbra number and they said there was no one there and they hung up 5 times. Luckily I had room on my sink for it to sit, that part is fine.

would probably be the perfect purchase if there wasn't a suction cup missing. but I will not risk my health during COVID to queue at the post office to return it.

I love the design of this trolley, but unfortunately the suction power doesn't stick to my sink. I ended up using the double sided velcro at the top to hang it on the counter and I can still use it but not in the way it's supposed to.

First it came in some kind of bag, no instructions, bits and pieces everywhere. Once I assembled it I liked the style. I've cleaned my sink to create a clean surface to stick to, made several attempts to attach the suction cup, adjusted the knob, etc. Never stuck with it. not worth the money or time to mess around with.

Parts are missing, no instructions on how to screw everything together properly. I received this item in a box with all items ripped out of the packaging and lying open in a cardboard box without even trying to act like a legitimate company. Probably the biggest Amazon shopping joke I've ever made. I tried the suction cup on my stainless steel sink and it doesn't stick. Tried it on glass, works great. but whose bowl is of glass.

This product showed promise! Beautiful design and looks that made it stand out rather than stand out. Appears to be made of quality materials. Unfortunately, the suction cup is too stiff and doesn't stay in contact with the surface. I liked this design and it fits perfectly but I bought it the second time it came without a locking screw but I forgot to return it, so i decided to buy again and this time it came without suction cup and locking screw. I do not recommend buying it as you will likely be disappointed as parts always seem to be missing. Purchased to collect silverware in the sink before putting it in the dishwasher. It was a nightmare to get suction because the handle to tighten the suction cup is on the inside of the cup. It is conveniently 2 inches or so below the metal trim with ground edges. So if you try to squeeze your hand while holding the whole block to the side of the sink, you'll break your knuckles on the non-removable tape.
