🗑️ Woodrow 2 Gallon Modern Wooden Trash Can Wastebasket, Black - Umbra 082780-045, Ideal for Home or Office Recycling Bin Review

When I was renovating my bathroom, I was looking for something to match the new colors and came across this little tin. It looks much better in real than in the photos and has a simple, stylish look that would look great in any room. It's a bit taller than some, but when placed between a vanity and bowl, you'll likely appreciate the extra height.

I love the look of this bin. It is very pretty and a great addition to my living room. I couldn't find any suitable garbage bags, maybe there are, but I couldn't find them. This bin was smaller than I expected, but that's because I didn't read the dimensions and didn't understand what those dimensions actually were. So just double check if you know what the dimensions are!

The product looks just like the photo. It's lightweight and made entirely of wood, so I think it's a great item for our home. The paint didn't scratch at all, although my 2 year old daughter rubbed the slightly chafing metal object on the outside for about 5 minutes before I caught her (what's that noise?) lol. I would buy this product again as it also looks great in my bathroom and can work well in the office.

Two gallons as advertised? Probably no. It's supposed to be made of wood, and if it's not, the Chinese have come up with an amazingly convincing replica. It's quite attractive, but not for the kitchen or even tabletop use where you throw away large items, large sheets of paper and junk mail (the tapered bottom doesn't help). Good for bathroom or bedroom for tissues, cotton balls, cotton swabs, cleaning receipts and hair. Has a clean cutout for easy lifting.

After looking at hundreds of models this pedestal was the only model I liked visually. I was concerned that this dumpster would be too small for my home office, but it isn't. Love using this bin. Umbra handled it well because the price is great. It's lightweight, easy to transport - unlike the traditional old handleless bins, and it's available in a variety of colors. (As others have pointed out, pay attention to the dimensions because if you see the photos on the page taken out of context, it's easy to imagine they're about the size of an office trash can.)
